Night Flight Of A Crow

By Kushal Poddar

A crow on the streetlight
tilts its confused head.

How do you answer it?

We must practice darkness for parity.
Blacken those red blotches we see
even after the closure of our eyelids.

The closures.

You can hear the bird’s explanation on this.
It contains its days into small garbage bags,
misplaces nothing.

The street light confuses the crow into thinking it is still day when it is night. Are we humans sometimes confused in much the same way?
