Oscar Lilley was born in the 1980s and lives in Laramie, Wyoming. He is a student of History at LCCC and the University of Wyoming, and a contributing editor at Open Window. His pieces, “No Survivors,” and “Gridiron Greatness” are very different portraits of how humans grasp, and defend, their own realities. He is currently at work on his first novel.
